From the TDIC Sign In page, click ‘Forgot Your Password?’ and follow the prompts. You will need your TDIC policy number, ADA number and policy mailing zip code to retrieve the email address on file.

Please ensure that your email provider is set to allow emails from insuranceinfo@tdicins.com. If you’re trying to recover your password, an unreceived email can indicate that the email address provided is not associated with an existing account.

If the multi-factor authentication phone number associated with your account is incorrect, contact TDIC support at insuranceinfo@tdicins.com or 800.733.0633.

You already have a TDIC account. Follow the prompts for ‘Forgot your email?’ or ‘Forgot your password?’ to access your account.

We sometimes ask you to prove you’re not a robot before you can create or sign in to your account. This extra confirmation by phone helps keep spammers from abusing our systems.

Tip: You need a mobile device to verify your account.

Users who select ‘Keep Me Signed In’ can access their account from their recognized browser without having to sign in each time. This feature is a convenience to users who are logging in from a secure computer or device that the user has confirmed is authenticated.

Please Note: You should never enable ‘Keep Me Signed In’ on a publicly accessible or shared computer or device.

To ensure your security, we employ a multi-step process to verify your identity before you can change your password.

  • From the Sign in page, click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’
  • Enter the email address associated with your account.
  • Complete the reCAPTCHA challenge at the bottom of the form.
  • Click ‘Send verification code’.
  • Check your email for the verification code. It should only take a few seconds to receive. You must use an email address associated with an existing account.
  • Once received, enter the verification code and click ‘Verify code’. Verification codes expire after a few minutes. If this happens, click on ‘Send new code’. You may receive the same code twice. This is normal and means that the same code has been reactivated.
  • Once you’ve verified, click ‘Continue’.
  • Choose to receive your multi-factor authentication instructions via text or phone call. Follow the prompts.
  • Enter your new password.
